We install a water tank that collects and stores water (either from rain or your municipal supply). It connects to your home’s plumbing with a pump and filter, so when the main supply goes off — your system kicks in automatically.

Most homes do well with a 1000L or 2000L tank, depending on how many people live there and what you want to use it for (drinking, flushing, cooking, etc.). We recommend at least a 2000L tank if you have a family of more than two people. Individual needs may differ, we’ll help you choose the right size during your consultation.

Most installations are completed within 3-5 working days after sign-up, depending on your location and system availability.

No problem! Your subscription can be transferred to the new owner/tenant. Just let us know, and we will assist you with the process.

If you wish to continue your subscription at your new home, we will waive any decommissioning fee. We will also give you two months free at your new home!

Very little. We use quality tanks and filters, and we'll show you how to check them. Most systems need a quick clean or filter change every few months, which is included in your subscription.

Absolutely! You can upgrade your tank size, pump strength or filtration system at any time. Just let us know and we will handle the rest

We have access to our on-call support team. We will troubleshoot remotely or send a technician if need. Fast, reliable service is part of the package. All maintenance and breakdowns not caused by external factors are included in your subscription.

Yes! You can choose a rainwater-only setup, or a hybrid system that also uses municipal water as a backup. We design the system based on your preference and local water availability.

Absolutely. Our systems include a pressure pump, so your taps, shower, and appliances should have even better pressure than normal

During a power outage, your Reservo system will not pump water unless you have backup power as well. However, you can easily switch to normal municipal supply, we will show you how at installation

In most residential areas, installing a water tank doesn’t require special approval — especially if it's not permanently built into the structure. For complexes or estates, it’s best to check with your body corporate or HOA first.

No problem — we regularly install in complexes and estates. As long as there’s a suitable space and approval (if needed), we can install a compact system to fit your home and still give you reliable backup water.

To maintain the highest level of service and fast response times, Reservo installations and support are currently limited to the greater Johannesburg area. If you are outside this region, feel free to contact us, we will let you know as we expand.

We understand circumstances change, and while you can cancel at any time with 30m days’ notice, we encourage you to speak with us first. Many issues can be solved quickly with a plan adjustment or support visit. If you still decide to cancel, please note that there is no cancellation fee, but a decommissioning fee applies to cover the safe removal of the system.
